Meet the West Madison Dental Team

Originally from Florida, Aimie is the middle of five siblings and values the importance of strong family connections. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her rescue dog, Tommy, a spirited Jack Russell mix. Aimie is also the owner of her own matcha business, Tommy's Teashouse, participating in local pop-ups and events throughout the area. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, giving back, and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley is from Greenhill, Alabama, and has been a dental assistant since 2016. Creative and compassionate by nature, she enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and loves being part of creating beautiful smiles. She especially enjoys the artistic side of dentistry and can often be found in our lab designing, where her creativity and attention to detail shine. Ashley enjoys spending time with her dog, Kota, kayaking with her family, and looking forward to an exciting new chapter as she prepares to get married this fall.

Janeika joined the West Madison Dental family in the fall of 2023 after completing her dental assistant training at Fortis College. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, she relocated to North Alabama and has enjoyed making it home. With her naturally positive and caring personality, Janeika has a way of making those around her feel welcome and at ease. She especially loves encouraging patients and helping them feel more confident in their smiles. Janeika loves traveling, experiencing new places, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She brings the same warmth and positive energy to her everyday life that our patients and team have come to know and love.

Aubrey, an experienced dental hygienist, excels at making patients feel comfortable during visits. She enjoys running and cooking, and loves spending quality time outdoors with her husband and three children when the weather is pleasant.

Shelby brings years of dental experience to our team and has a passion for helping patients understand the connection between their oral health and overall well-being. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. A Madison native, Shelby is proud to call this community home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, being outdoors, and exploring all that the area has to offer.

Tiffany earned her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama. She loves helping patients feel comfortable in her chair and finds it especially rewarding to see them leave their appointments feeling healthier and more confident in their smiles. Outside of the office, Tiffany’s faith and family are at the center of her life. She loves spending quality time with her family and enjoys being outdoors whenever she gets the chance.

A native of Decatur, Alabama, Britney completed her dental assistant training at Calhoun Community College before continuing her education through the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program at UAB. She loves getting to know her patients, building genuine relationships, and helping them feel comfortable and cared for. Around the office, Britney brings plenty of personality and is especially known for her fun collection of quirky earrings! Outside of work, Britney’s faith and family mean the most to her. She loves date nights with her husband, spending time with her children and twin sister, catching up with friends, and, of course, always making room for a little chocolate.

A North Alabama native, April returned home with her husband after spending several years in Tampa, Florida. As our treatment coordinator and social media guru, she loves connecting with patients, helping them feel confident in their care, and sharing the heart of West Madison Dental through social media. April enjoys reading, playing pickleball, and spending time with family. She and her husband are also looking forward to an exciting new chapter as they prepare to welcome their first child!

Julie is proud to be part of the West Madison Dental team! She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Auburn University and loves finding creative ways to share all that West Madison Dental has to offer with our patients and community. With a passion for connection and bringing people together, Julie enjoys helping make the patient and team experience at WMD a little more fun and memorable. You can often find (or hear) her singing around the front office! Outside of work, Julie loves spending time with her family, all things Disney, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Michelle brings years of dental experience to our front office and is always ready to welcome patients with a smile and a helping hand. Her friendly personality and willingness to help make her a familiar and reassuring face from the moment patients walk through our doors. Michelle loves traveling and spending time with her two sons and shooting hoops. She also has a love for a great pair of sneakers, so don’t be surprised to see her showing off a little style at the front desk!

Emily is one of the newest members of the West Madison Dental team! Before joining WMD, she worked in education and is excited to bring her love of helping others into a new field. Outside of the office, Emily loves spending time with her family, dancing along to Disney princess songs with her little girl, and visiting the local library. She’s excited to get to know our patients and be part of the WMD family!

Ilene recently joined the West Madison Dental team and has quickly become a wonderful addition to the office! When she’s not at WMD, you can usually find her shopping, adding to her collection of fun trinkets, catching up on a favorite Netflix show, or trying out a new food spot. Her family owns a seafood restaurant in Athens, which may have helped inspire her love of good food! Ilene enjoys spending time with her family and brings a warm, easygoing personality to our team.
