Your First Visit at West Madison Dental

Your portal link arrives as soon as we schedule you, so your forms are done before you walk in, and our early hours start at 7 AM four days a week. Our front office team welcomes you, and a hygienist gets you settled in your treatment room. Most first appointments include your cleaning, x-rays, a review of your medical and dental history, an oral cancer screening, and a gum check. Dr. Henninger or Dr. Morey then goes over what your hygienist found, often with intraoral camera images so you see exactly what we see.

Then we ask what you want for your own smile and what has been bothering you, because that conversation shapes everything that follows. Before you leave, you get a clear breakdown of your coverage and costs along with your financing and membership options.

Nervous, or has it been years? You will hear no lectures here, and nitrous oxide or oral conscious sedation is available if you want it. New patients with a dental emergency get x-rays and an exam right away, plus same-day treatment when the schedule allows.
